Jorden is an HR Professional who is passionate about improving the employee experience and introducing new and unique ways to practice people leadership. 

After more than two decades (how did that happen?) in the HR space, Jorden has worked with many amazing leaders and team members. She's worked in a variety of industries; with different levels of leaders; in both public and private organizations; many funding structures; and unionized and non-unionized. 

Jorden has worked with employees in 15 different countries, although the majority of experience has been with Canadian-owned businesses. 

Some of the companies she'd had the pleasure of support include Shred-it (now Waste Management), Audiobooks.com, Adlib Software, CoreAVI, Geotab Inc., and Gorgias.  

Jorden believes that leaders who take the time to build connections with team members are the secret sauce an organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Jorden displays grit in everything she does and brings optimism and fun to the workplace. 

She also fancies herself a bit of a comedian.
